The Capital Projects Coordinator plays a key role in supporting all phases of municipal capital projects while delivering exceptional service and value to the community. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*Assist with capital projects including scoping, timeline tracking, resource planning, site inspections and coordinating deliverables from initial planning through to project closure and handovers.*Review and create tender documents; assist with preparing RF Ps and RF Qs, vendor selections, and managing/monitoring contractual agreements.*Maintain communication between contractors, consultants, internal departments and external stakeholders.*Monitor construction sites to ensure contractors and employees comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, provincial regulations and City safety policies.*Produce budgetary estimates, monitor project expenditures, process invoices, create purchase orders, and assist the Citys Grant Writer with funding applications.*Actively promote positive public and c
