We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will conduct engineering support activities to support the development and maintenance of company product literature and other documentation. Technical writers provide support and work with product designers and customer care representatives to provide accurate and clear instructions. Duties include: Create and maintain customer product documentation including Operator's Manuals; Maintenance Manuals; Serial Number Tracking documentations and Spare Parts Lists. Work with multiple departments to establish style and content. Provide engineering support to any relevant stakeholder. Consistently implement technical writing standard
