We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to oversee our clients shipping and receiving operations within a dynamic warehouse environment. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient movement of goods, accurate order fulfillment, and safe operation of heavy equipment. The successful individual is energetic, focused & highly motivated. In this role you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the distribution process to ensure effective and efficient operations Responsibilities: Working with an ERP inventory system. Following HACCP food safe guidelines. Coordinate and oversee daily shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of product. Supervise and lead teams within the Shipping Department. Review and approve shipping documents including sales orders, purchase orders, load delivery documents etc. Implement shipping policies and procedures to improve efficiencies with reducing operational costs.
