Barista: The Lab by Mill Town Roasters is looking for a Barista to join our team in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages and other drinks. Take customer orders and process payments. Provide friendly and efficient customer service. Prepare and serve food items as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Restock supplies throughout the shift. Follow food safety and company procedures. Work as part of a team in a busy café environment Qualifications: Previous barista or café experience is an asset. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable and punctual. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
