Minimum of three years of leadership experience, preferably in a mental health and addiction agency. Member in good standing with a regulated college along with a Master's Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology or related discipline. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of program management, program evaluations, risk management, budgeting, human resource planning, and processes.
