Windscape Kite Club is seeking an enthusiastic, organized Community Engagement Coordinator to help build strong sponsorships, partnerships, and volunteer teams for our events. This is a collaborative, community-facing role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and helping events run smoothly. What youll do: Volunteer Coordination-Support volunteer recruitment, communication, scheduling, orientation, and festival-day check-in.-Work with the Volunteer Committee, Festival Manager, board members, and coordinators to fill volunteer roles and respond to needs.-Help create a positive, welcoming volunteer experience across both festivals.-Support volunteer coordination during event operations and wrap-up.
