The Lifestyle Sales Director is responsible for driving occupancy growth and revenue through the promotion and sale of the community's retirement living and lifestyle offerings. This role develops and maintains relationships with prospective residents, families, healthcare partners, and community stakeholders while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.. The Lifestyle Sales Director serves as a brand ambassador for the residence, promoting the benefits, services, programs, and lifestyle opportunities available to seniors and their families. The position plays a key leadership role in achieving occupancy targets and supporting a vibrant resident community. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Occupancy Management: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual occupancy goals.. Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry through move-in..
