End of the Roll Flooring Centres is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Office in Kelowna, BC. You will use your knowledge of current economic conditions and market trends to analyze financial data, assess business performance, and provide insights that support sound business decisions for our Canada-wide franchise network. Position Summary: Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Financial Analyst plays a key role in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, performance measurement, and strategic business initiatives. Working closely with the Controller and Finance team, this position ensures financial analyses are based on accurate and reliable information and translates financial data into meaningful insights. The Financial Analyst will also collaborate with franchise owners and managers to interpret financial results, identify trends and opportunities, and provide practical recommendations that support informed business decisions.
