We are seeking a passionate, organized, and faith-filled *Kids Ministry Director *to oversee and grow a vibrant ministry for children and families. This role is central to creating a safe, engaging, and biblically grounded environment where kids can learn and thrive. Key Responsibilities: Ministry Leadership: Lead and oversee all Kids Ministry programs, including Sunday and mid-week gatherings. Create a welcoming, fun, and spiritually enriching environment for children of all ages. Ensure all teaching is biblically faithful and age-appropriate Volunteer Development: Recruit, train, schedule, and support volunteer teams. Foster a positive, encouraging, and team-oriented culture. Provide ongoing coaching and appreciation for volunteers Safety & Operations: Ensure all safety policies, check-in systems, and screening procedures are followed.
