Currently, We are seeking an experienced and responsible front desk agent who is able to deliver outstanding customer service with excellent communication skills. We welcome the new staff to join our team and contribute their talents to our business instantly. We prefer experienced candidate who have worked in hotel industry but also will provide training for beginner. Responsibility and Duties: Welcoming and Greeting to guests. Answering phone and responding guest requests. Checking in /out hotel guests. Setup payment and answer phone calls. Key holder. Money Handling.
