Hybrid Who we are: The BC Community Alliance (BCCA) is a local Black-led, community-based organization, formed in 2019 and registered as a non-profit in 2020, dedicated to addressing the structural inequities created by racism?especially anti-Black racism?within education settings in British Columbia.. The organization was born out of a crisis in our community, following a racist bomb threat at a Vancouver high school, Lord Byng Secondary. The harm caused by that incident extended beyond the students at the school and was felt deeply by the wider Black community.. While the 'Lord Byng incident' marked the catalyst for our formation, BCCA is fundamentally a response to the broader, ongoing experiences of racialized students across BC. Who we're looking for: BC Community Alliance (BCCA) is seeking a highly organized, values-driven *Finance Manager* to support the growth and sustainabilit
