Salary: $39.00 hourly

What You'll Do: Supervise and mentor a crew of 5?10 maintenance workers across various commercial sites. Plan, schedule, and execute installations, maintenance, and repair projects. Prepare production reports and cost/material estimates. Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members. Order materials, equipment, and supplies. Ensure strict compliance with health & safety standards. Offer coaching, performance and guidance recommend promotions, raises, or other personnel actions What You Bring: Secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent. 1?2 years of supervisory experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields. Strong organization, oral communication, leadership, and team-player attitude. Ability to work under pressure, including occasional overtime.
