Reporting to the Program Manager, the Specialist supports the organization's mission by engaging clients and families with empathy and professionalism through challenging intake and navigation processes, ensuring information is gathered accurately to support timely and appropriate service provision. It provides operational and communications support across programs by developing resources, surveys, reports, training tools, and agency wide communications that strengthen service delivery, accountability, and evidence-based decision making. In addition, the role contributes to organizational sustainability and community presence through fundraising, grant development, donor stewardship, and community engagement activities, including leadership within fund
