Position Summary: Reporting to the Controller, the Assistant Controller supports the financial reporting and accounting operations of the group across multiple legal entities. The role is responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, internal controls, audit readiness, budgeting and analysis, compliance, and team leadership. The Assistant Controller also acts as a finance business partner and supports ERP implementation and continuous process improvement. Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and support the month-end and year-end close process and the preparation of timely, accurate financial statements in accordance with ASPE.. Review balance sheet reconciliations, supporting schedules, intercompany balances and other close documentation, ensuring issues are investigated and resolved on a timely basis.. Prepare and review value-added variance analysis, operating metrics and management reporting to support business decisions.. Coordi
