Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Maintain stock rotation. Maintain adequate stock levels. Establish work schedules. Authorize return of merchandise. Professionalism in customer service. Organize warehouse and work areas. Co-ordinate and schedule activities.
