JOB DESCRIPTION Department Managers are responsible for the sales results and daily management of their area. This includes executing marketing campaigns, managing inventory, and participating in meetings, in addition to the duties of a sales associate. The starting wage for this position is $17.25/hr.RESPONSIBILITIES Optimize the flow of deliveries in our largest markets Support the shipping department and operations team through maximal efficiency of processes Develop and implement strategies/initiatives to control or reduce operational costs Optimize the utilization of assets including facilities, vehicles, and operations equipment Manage logistics cost striving to achieve lowest delivered cost of goods.
