The Andrologist applies advanced scientific knowledge, technical expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to support the delivery of high-quality laboratory services and ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety. Laboratory duties: Preparation and/or cryopreservation of human sperm specimens for therapeutic procedures. Performance of diagnostic and quality control tests on human sperm specimens. Maintenance of an accurate inventory of cryopreserved sperm specimens. Maintenance of laboratory instruments and consumables. Accurate data entry and database management for internal and external reporting requirements. Report any critical incident in
