We are currently looking for a cake decorator and packager to assist with large-scale order productions. Full-Time: *Reports to: *Decorating Lead/Production Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities: · Decorate cakes and pipe cupcakes using buttercream, vanilla frosting, chocolate ganache or other frostings as needed.. · Produce high quality finished product as per product specification.. · Inscribe writing on cakes for events (birthday, anniversary, etc). · Assist in monitoring of ingredients and finished goods inventory.. · Communicate with colleagues and production manager regarding needed ingredients.. · Keep the work area neat and organized.. · Ensure all baking related products are fresh and
