Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience Experience: 5 years or more Work setting: Badminton. Urban area. Local sports club Tasks: Carry out management duties. Coordinate competitive programs. Develop well planned competitive schedules and programs. Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions. Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games. Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance. Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance. Coaching Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods Personal suitability: Leadership. Dependability. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Initiative.
