Languages: English Education: College/CEGEP Experience: 5 years or more Work setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio. Spa Tasks: Direct and control daily operations. Evaluate daily operations. Plan and organize daily operations. Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff. Plan and control budget and inventory. Hire, train and supervise staff. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Supervise other hair stylists and other staff. Professionalism in customer service. Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences. Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair. Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences.
