We are seeking a well-organized, detailed oriented *Accounting Clerk* to assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable, with a positive team player attitude. Responsibilities consist of but are not limited to: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoice creation, entry and payments.. Prepare cheque runs, EFTs, recurring bills, and sales invoices.. Reconcile company credit cards and maintain accurate financial records.. Prepare weekly reporting for AR and IR activities.. Handle warranties, returns, and related documentation.. Matching purchase orders to invoices, resolve discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.. Support process improvements, compliance, and ad hoc financial reporting.
