Job Description Job Description Spinny Cars Ltd. is hiring a full-time Automotive Sales Consultant for our in-person dealership team in New Westminster, BC. We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused salesperson who can handle vehicle inquiries, follow up with leads, assist customers through the buying process, and help close vehicle sales in a compliant and respectful manner. This is a full-time, in-person automotive sales role. Compensation is at $1,000 per retail vehicle sold, with performance bonuses where applicable. Minimum wage top-up applies as required under B.C. Employment Standards. The expected sales target after training is 5-8 vehicles per month, depending on performance, lead handling, customer follow-up, and closing ability.
