ABOUT THE ROLE: The Spa Manager oversees all day?to?day operations of the spa, ensuring outstanding client care, strong team performance, and achievement of financial goals. You will lead by example?coaching, motivating, and developing a high?performing team while maintaining smooth operations, efficient processes, and a positive work environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, train, and set expectations for RMTs, Estheticians, and Spa Associates.
