Sales Assistant

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 hourly

Qualifications: Previous experience in sales or customer service. Experience in the construction, renovation, windows and doors, cabinetry, or whole-home customization industry is preferred. *Fluent in both English and Chinese, *with strong speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Able to follow up on customer needs, quotations, and order progress Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups. Respond to customer inquiries and organize customer information. Assist with preparing quotations and order-related documents. Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams.
