Plus Industries works to provide enhanced opportunities for vulnerable people within their home. The support staff will be responsible for completing assessments and implementing training plans for the individuals. You will assist and support individuals to make healthy choices that maximize their potential and quality of life. Support staff will help and coach individuals in budgeting and managing finances, cooking and cleaning of the home, basic maintenance and upkeep and teach daily living skills. You will also provide transportation in and outside of the community, accessing health and community services, attending events in the community , participating in social and/or recreational activities. Scheduled work times, Evening and weekend work expected. Key Responsibilities- Work one on one or with a maximum group of 5 to develop independence skills.
