Responsibilities: Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product (Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products, by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product Provide expectational customer service ensuring customers have a great experience Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product Build and maintain
