Guest Services Agents (GSAs) make Vacation Rental Properties reservations by phone and email using the WebRezPro property management system. GSAs process payments for guest stays and greet and check in guests when they arrive on site, answering any questions they may have about their stay and the area. REQUIREMENTS: This position requires individuals to have a pleasant phone manner, excellent communication and people skills, and good computer skills. Knowledge of the surrounding area and attractions is a definite asset. A willingness to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends is required, depending upon the schedule.
