You will lead managers and support staff in delivering a consistent, timely, service-focused and risk-informed regulatory program that advances responsible drainage, watershed resilience, compliance, and agency and government priorities. You will represent the Water Security Agency in key forums and work with stakeholders and clients to navigate complex water management challenges. You will build relationships and provide operational feedback to improve policy, procedures, training, service delivery and programs.
