Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home is seeking a part-time temporary (0.4) *Rehabilitation Assistant* to join the team at our 200 bed long term residential care facility.. The Rehabilitation Assistant provides rehabilitation support to help residents maintain and improve their independence, mobility, autonomy, and dignity. Working collaboratively with rehabilitation professionals and other members of the health care team, the Rehabilitation Assistant supports the implementation of individualized rehabilitation programs and treatments and encourages residents to participate actively in their care.. Successful candidate must have the ability to promote a positive and safe work environment, work effectively with limited supervision, and establish positive working relationships with residents, families, rehabilitation professionals, staff, and other members of the health care team..
