Job Overview: Under the direction of the Controller, the Accounts Payable Clerk will manage invoices ensuring accuracy in invoice coding and classification, as well as assist the controller in day-to-day financial tasks. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Verify, manage, and enter supplier invoices in Sage 50. Reconcile and manage supplier billing accurately.. Attend queries from management and suppliers.. Interact with employees and vendors on various payable related matters to resolve issues.. Check for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings.. Perform other duties relevant to above as may be assigned from time to time.. Keep accurate detailed records of purchases and payments..
