Operate mobile crane Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Boom Truck Crane Operator Trade Certification. Oil Sands Safety Association (OSSA) basic safety orientation (BSO). Mobile Crane Operator Trade Certification. Hoisting Licence. Mobile Crane Operator Red Seal Certificate. Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
