Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our store operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, retail management expertise, and excellent communication abilities. Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. It's Fulltime/Permanent Position ResponsibilitiesTasks: Assign sales workers to duties. Authorize payments by cheque. Order merchandise. Authorize return of merchandise. Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
