Bourgault Industries is seeking Production Welders to join our Highline Manufacturing team in Vonda, SK. In this role, you will help manufacture high-quality agricultural equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Entry-level applicants with welding experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities-Complete weldments to approved quality standards using work orders, instructions, and procedures-Read blueprints and drawings to assemble parts in fixtures-Perform MIG welding in various positions and use assigned tooling to produce quality weldments-Prepare, tack, and weld components as directed-Operate hand and power tools, including grinders, drills, and oxy-acetylene torches-Identify minor defects in parts, weld quality, and completed components-Ensure equipment is maintained and in good working condition. Education-High school diploma or GED-On-the-job training provided. Qualifications-1-2 years of MIG welding experience preferred
