Suds Hamilton is seeking a motivated Supervisor to join our team. Through our accredited training program, you'll build the skills, certifications, and experience needed to advance into a leadership role within our organization.: Responsibilities: Work as a team to help our customers maintain a clean vehicle. Develop a full understanding of company objectives, policies and procedures. Complete our Certification program. Supervise staff on the floor to ensure efficient and safe flow of work. Develop the ability to manage and/or assist our location Requirements: A dedicated, hard-working individual that can take direction well. A team player with customer service experience. Previous management/supervisory experience is an asset. Ability to work under pressure. Self-motivated. Ability to notice things and take action, with a great attention to detail. Flexibility, as stores are open 7 days per week. Must have a valid driver's license What We Offer: Competitive wages (non-commission).. H
