Job Description Job Description Senior Interior Designer The Senior Interior Designer (SD) at Elastic Architects contributes to the design, development, and execution of interior projects under the direction of the Design Director (DD) and Design Manager (DM). The SD at Elastic Architects is an integral member of the project team, responsible for developing and coordinating interior design projects under the guidance of the Design Manager. The SD contributes to both the creative and technical aspects of a project - producing drawings, models, and reports; coordinating with consultants; and ensuring design integrity across all phases of the project. Senior Designers mentor Junior & Intermediate Designers, fostering skill development and maintaining high design and documentation standards aligned with the firm's vision and industry regulations. Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams, the SD ensures the delivery of high-quality, well-coordinated interior design solu
