Job Description: Job Description Job description We are looking to hire a Framing Carpenter Site Lead Hand to help construct homes and other wood frame structures. The ideal candidate for our growing team is a person who is committed to a career in Carpentry, with 3+ years of experience preferably in residential framing. To be successful with our company, you should be familiar with lay out, able to work under minimal supervision, and demonstrate a high level of knowledge of home construction. You will be expected to work independently, collaboratively, and supervise apprentices as required. Ultimately, an exceptional framing carpenter lead hand should be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ensure that all tasks are completed in a safe and timely manner.
