Daudet Creek Contracting is currently seeking an individual that is highly organized with a keen attention to detail. That individual would enjoy balancing changing workflows while ensuring timely delivery of accurate reporting on a daily basis.. The successful candidate will be generally responsible for ensuring multiple documentation streams are maintained efficiently and accurately. Will be part of the administrative team as an active participant supporting contract management.. Your duties may include but are not limited to the following:. Provide support to Project Managers and Construction Foremen. DFA/LEM production and distribution for designated jobs. Full cycle Accounts Receivable. Aggregate manufacturing and inventory reporting. Support finance team and provide additional flexibility for vacation coverage. Qualifications: Minimum 4-5 years in a busy office environment in the construction industry.
