The successful candidate will operate hydraulic excavators to sort, load, move, and process waste, recyclable materials, and construction debris in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities. Safely operate hydraulic excavators of various sizes. Load transfer trailers, roll-off bins, and dump trucks. Perform excavation, demolition, grading, sorting, and material handling. Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections. Perform routine maintenance including greasing, cleaning, and checking fluid levels. Identify and report mechanical issues immediately. Follow site plans, layouts, work orders, and supervisor instructions. Maintain safe working distances around personnel, equipment, structures, and utilities.
