Building Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: $37.50 to $38.50 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks: Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions. Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
