Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks: Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions. Professionalism in customer service. Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption. Transport and handle dangerous goods Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Air Brake (Z) Endorsement. Driver's License (Class 1 or A) Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract) Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Sitting Personal suitability: Flexibility.
