Please read the followings to learn more about your daily tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain kitchen areas with special attention to sanitation. Exhibit culinary skills by performing day-to-day tasks, and assisting sushi chefs. Evaluate quality of food product, prep items and final menu items being served to guests. Prepare sushi in the front of the house. Comply with Maki Sushi's food safety and hygiene standards. Other duties to assist Head Chef REQUIREMENTS: Experience. Basic kitchen knowledge required. Experience in other sushi restaurants are welcomed but not required. Skills & Qualifications. Strong communication skills in English. Energetic — ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player — assist in a positive guest experience however necessary. Culinary - have basic culinary knowledge and prepare ingredients based on the instructio
