Nova Trophy is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our embroidery production team in Truro.. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with the embroidery process?whether running commercial embroidery machines or working in a support role alongside machine operators.. A big part of this position is *keeping our embroidery machines and operators moving efficiently*. You'll handle the important tasks before, during and after production that allow our operators to spend more time running orders and less time on setup and finishing work. What You'll Be Doing: Responsibilities will include: Preparing and cutting backing/stabilizer for embroidery jobs. Trimming and tying up threads. Preparing garments for production. Unbagging, organizing and counting garments. Folding and packing completed orders. Performing quality control on finished embroidery. Checking garments against order specifications.
