Food Service Attendant

Location: Yellowknife, Northwest Territories

Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 hourly

The Food Service Attendant will perform the following duties in a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant and lounge environment:. Greet customers promptly and courteously. Take food and beverage orders accurately in person and through POS systems. Serve food and beverages according to service standards and liquor regulations. Clear, clean, and reset tables, bar areas, and service stations. Package take-out and delivery orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and washrooms. Restock supplies including condiments, utensils, and beverages. Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures. Handle cash and electronic payments and balance transactions as required. Support servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff during peak service periods. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
