We are looking for an *Accounting Assistant* to join our team. The travel industry is exciting, fast-paced and rewarding. The right candidate has the following skills: Key responsibilities include: Administration and reconciliation of Accounts Receivable. Data Entry into Accounting software. Sending out statements on a weekly basis.. Calculation of Commission and payment via ACH and Cheque. Bank reports download. Add/Update Client's Profile on the system.. All banking transactions (Cheque deposits; PAD payment etc). Issue and mail out Commission cheques.. Reconciliation of Insurance Provider transactions.. Assist in year-end audit of pulling suppo
