Appliance Service Technician

Salary: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually

Provide technical services in the customer's home, in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction for all major appliances (fridges, ranges, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves). Conduct diagnostic assessment to determine problems, estimate costs for repair and complete actual repairs.. Communicate with customers regarding details of diagnostic assessment, appropriate use, performance and maintenance of merchandise.. Complete required documentation e.g. written repair estimates, parts purchase orders, customer invoices, part pricing and labor costs. Communicate with Store staff to ensure all required information is provided and is clearly understood.. Operating a service vehicle, must provide a clean drivers abstract upon request.. Work in compliance with all laws and regulations, report all accidents and take every precaution reasonable to ensure personal safety and the safety of others..
