Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join our production team during the day shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM). This role is responsible for preparing, coating, and inspecting precision sheet metal parts while ensuring all work meets production, quality, and safety standards. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on powder coating experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.
