You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages and food items, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about coffee, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Ensure excellent customer service at all times. Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages as well as food items with precision and consistency. Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines.
