Languages: English Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work setting: Coffee shop Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Safe Food Handling certificate Transportation/travel information: Own transportation Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
