Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and diligent Groundsman/woman to join our dynamic team, pruning and removing trees. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting climbers/fallers, ensuring safety, and assisting with various grounds-related tasks. Your energy and attention to detail will contribute to creating a safe worksite. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills arboculture, in equipment operation, and rigging while working in a collaborative setting. Duties: Cleanup brush/limbs as they are being cut down. Keep job site clean, operate chainsaws and hedge trimmers.. Tie knots and assist rigging down branches.. Operate equipment including bucket trucks and bucket lifts safely for tree trimming, pruning, or other elevated tasks. Perform routine inspections of grounds, ensuring safety standards are met and identifying areas needing repair or attention.
