Project Manager *Job Overview*. Ace Build Contracting is seeking an experienced *Project Manager* to oversee residential construction and renovation projects from planning through completion. This position requires someone with strong construction knowledge, excellent organizational and communication skills, and hands-on experience coordinating trades, suppliers, clients, schedules, and project documentation.. A key requirement for this position is *previous experience working with builders or general contractors and direct experience managing residential renovation projects*. Candidates must also hold a *valid driver's licence* and be comfortable travelling between project sites throughout the GTA.
